I've tried to sign up twice now with my credit card at 2CO and have seen this:

"Session Not Found
We are unable to find an active request for your online purchase.

You may have received this message if too much time elapsed since you submitted your order at the merchant's site or if you followed a link or bookmark to a page that contains sensitive information."

I'm not pausing while I enter my information, so I don't think it is timing out. Is there a problem with 2CO?

I think the problem is in your credit card.
With 2CO no problems.
Try to send them a letter.

Maybe I will try another card...
